These are what I call my heart and soul pieces. I spend many hours working on them. Inspiration comes from color, nature, architecture, vintage pieces, the people in my life or from the materials I have selected to use. The clasp on The Lady of the Lake evening bag is a mechanism used in vintage bags–but in the reverse.

Kahuna Cuff was inspired by ocean waves. Sometimes, I translate one of my heart and soul pieces to be teachable. Kahuna Cuff was made “beader” friendly and named Calypso Cuff!

Peaches and Plums Gone Wild was inspired by the colors. It gave me an opportunity to incorporate fused elements with beadwork. My only frustration is the ever-elusive time. There are not enough hours in the day to attempt all the possible projects!
