Kits and patterns are final sales and not returnable.
Other items are returnable in original packaging and condition. Returns are to be mailed at purchasers expense within 30 days from date of purchase. Credit will be issued upon receipt of the item to your Paypal account.
Shipping:
Please allow 5-7 business from the time your order is placed until it is shipped. I do like to turn around orders quickly-but my travel schedule can influence this.
Domestic orders are shipped USPS priority mail. You will receive confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Normally it takes 2-3 days from the time shipped.
For international delivery, Packages will be sent via USPS First Class. If there is an excess of postage charge, it will be refunded to the original form of payment. Feel free to contact Leslee for questions on rates. All International kits will include PDF instructions unless discussed with Leslee.
